Sitting/dining room: Dining table, 6 chairs, 2 sofas, tv/video, French windows leading to bank and stream.

Downstairs bathroom: Hand basin, toilet, bath with hand-held shower.

Sitting room:

Small, traditional room with a lovely flag stone floor, wood burning stove, sofa and rocking chair.

Simple kitchen with an electric cooker, fridge/freezer (half and half), washing machine and small kitchen table.

Upstairs there is a toilet with a hand basin. The small bedrooms have lovely views of the surrounding countryside; we've included each view below.

Double bed, small chest of drawers.

Twin beds, chest of drawers and small clothes-hanging space.

Larger room with double bed, chest of drawers and clothes-hanging space.


Garden/lawn with bench (4 garden chairs also available). Delightful for watching the wonderful variety of birds that use the garden. Plum and apple trees, and garden herbs flourish in season.
Wild garden with bank and stream With masses of wild flowers, butterflies and bluebells.
Parking Behind the cottage for one car (two are possible at a squeeze) and one in the lane.

Full oil central heating, electricity and first bag of logs inclusive (£2.50 a bag thereafter).
Bed linen is provided. Bring your own towels.
The cottage is thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival.
Mobile reception is ok but check with your network first.
Sorry no pets.
Saturday arrival time is 6pm. Please leave by 11am on the day of your departure.
